Our Story
Barbara’s career has taken many zigs and zags. She has worked in a multitude of industries in different countries and cities. She entered the telecommunications industry 20 years ago with a focus on developing her leadership skill set so she could be quickly promoted in her company and earn the income she desired. Barbara created her own development plan and took the action required to achieve the plan. Within four years, Barbara rose from bookkeeper to Vice President and increased her income more than 400%. She achieved this while raising three children, graduating from business school and building her career. Barbara will show you how you can do it too!

President
Barbara has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry with focus on sales and operations. She has managed teams of 50 to 200 members, large geographic territories and international sales teams. Barbara’s expertise is in sales, training, new business development, new start-ups, expansion market roll outs, turning around underperforming markets and virtual team management and development. Barbara has a degree in Business Management from SUNY at Buffalo and is certified as an executive coach. She mentors women and men in their corporate careers in addition to small business owners focused on expanding their businesses.
Julia Bliss
Chief Marketing Officer
Julia has more than 15 years of experience in marketing, advertising and journalism. Starting her career off as a reporter for a daily newspaper, she has been recognized with journalism awards for feature writing. Julia has spent the past 11 years working in account management and planning and strategy on the agency side of advertising. She has worked on direct and digital marketing for Fortune 500 companies and small businesses in industries of technology, Quick Service Restaurants, Insurance, Franchises and retail. Julia has had involvement at every stage, from developing strategy to brainstorming creative ideas to copywriting to analyzing performance and implementing brand and campaign optimizations.
